Andean Bridge Consulting strives for transparency and fairness in all service agreements.
One-Time Services
Payments for one-time consulting packages are refundable only if services have not yet begun. Once consultations, research, or introductions have started, refunds are not available.
Retainer Services
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period begins. Retainer agreements include a minimum commitment as outlined in the service agreement.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice in accordance with their agreement. No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed services.
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy are granted at our discretion and must be documented in writing.
